GRAWLGORE & SHANKS

The people of Trowfold are caught under the shadow of fear. Villagers have been turning up dead, their bodies brutally mangled, their innards devoured. They believe an ancient monster has emerged from the great Trow Forest that surrounds their village, in search of prey.

Into this fraught environment arrives an oversized wagon with a dwarf and an orc riding up front, and a sign on its side:

Vaun Grawlgore is a travelling tailor of middling renown and questionable talent. Arlog Shanks is his steadfast steward and bodyguard. Grawlgore knows a great deal about silks and cloth and threads. But he may also know a thing or two about hunting monsters…
